After you place your order, here's what happens:

First, we personally inspect every piece to ensure the craftsmanship meets the quality standards we've maintained for years.

We then take 1-2 days to carefully prepare your order, ensuring everything is perfect before it leaves our studio. Once ready, we package your jewelry with care and prepare it for shipping.

You'll receive a local tracking code so you can follow your order's journey to your doorstep.

We’re confident that our jewelry won’t lose its color over time. In fact, we believe in our quality so strongly that we offer a lifetime warranty for any color-related issues.

If your piece loses its color, simply follow our return instructions — and we’ll send you a brand-new replacement.
